Who we are

Concept designs are the linchpin to our combined success and our Designers have an uncanny ability to turn your brief into a 3D visualisation masterpiece capturing your KPI’s as well as adding a little WOW factor.       

Our Production Team consists of qualified carpenters and cabinet makers, many of whom have been in the exhibition industry for over 30 years.  Our in-house production team are supported onsite by our experienced installers. 

We could not operate without our Event Support team who make everything happen behind the scenes.  They complete up to 30 online forms for each job all managed through our custom intranet management system.

Matt Senz – Director

Matt Senz brings a wealth of knowledge regarding marketing, systems thinking, process improvement, and leadership from his various senior roles, both in house and consulting, with national blue chip brands including Carlton United Breweries, iSelect, and Prestige In Home Care among others. Wherever he goes, Matt loves to play his part in improving outcomes and believes wholeheartedly that with strategic thinking and an eye on people and process; the ‘new and improved’ whole can always become greater than the sum of its previous parts.

As a somewhat introverted kid, Matt learnt the beauty of authentic connection over time and relationships have become his superpower. You’ll have his ear from the get go as he brings his signature strengths of warmth and hospitality to every interaction; and he’ll care about improving your business outcomes with the dogged determination and curiosity his clients have learnt to expect from him. Innovation and performance are critically important to Matt – values he best lives by seeking them for his clients.

Sascha Hawe – Director

Sascha Hawe grew up living in homes she warmly describes as “always half built”. She created sophisticated cubby houses alongside her builder father and has an instinctive feel for what spaces can become when you apply a lens of creativity, curiosity, and human-centred design.

With 30 years’ experience in the exhibition industry, she understands her clients have approximately 4 seconds to draw people in. She makes those 4 seconds count with a deep understanding of her clients’ needs from design brief onwards. She considers all the angles from customer psychology and flow, to seasonality and context, the workability of the space, and the various objectives her clients seek to meet by investing in an exhibition space to begin with.

Sascha has an extensive tribe of loyal customers who have come to rely on her indisputable work ethic, professionalism, clear communication style and deep understanding of the work. She loves everything about exhibitions and brings an important mix of vision, service, practicality, and bang for your buck. From initial brief to pack down, it’s a safe and solid pair of hands you’ll find yourself in with Sascha.
